In addition to our high quality reports, we also provide other styles of written feedback collating the results of engagement.
Prior to the transition to the Integrated Care System structure, we were tasked with gathering feedback from professionals and members of the public in Newcastle and Gateshead about what they perceived the strengths and areas for improvement were within Newcastle and Gateshead Clinical Commissioning Group and how this could be applied within the new structure. We also asked people if they had any concerns around the transition to the ICS structure.
We encouraged professionals and the public to get in touch with us to share their feedback, and also gathered opinions from discussions during the Newcastle and Gateshead Patient, Public and Carer Forums.
